First and 18 at A’s 22. (a) Prior to the ready for play whistle, A-3 snaps the ball and is flagged for delay of game, or (b) immediately following the ready for play whistle, A-2 is flagged for a false start.
If accepted, in (a), it shall be 1st and 3 at A’s 17, and in (b), it shall be 1st and 23 at A’s 17.
