Expiring Touchdown with Roughing

Score: A-13, B-21. As time expires in the 4th period, A-1 scores touchdown and B-1 roughs the passer. Score is now A-19, B-21.

Roughing the passer penalty must be enforced on the Try since overtime might not be played. Same ruling if score was tied.
