Fourth and 15. K announces a punt. There are 2 minutes remaining in the 1st half when the ball is snapped. K-2 snaps the ball to K-3, who holds the ball for 6 or 7 seconds and then punts it out of bounds. Approximately 15 seconds run off the clock.
The Referee will enforce Illegally Consuming Time. Penalize K 5 yards from the previous spot. Reset the game clock to 2 minutes and start the clock on the snap. NOTE: If the penalty is accepted, it may only be enforced at the previous spot.
