R-1 catches or recovers K-1’s punt at (a) R’s 4 or (b) R’s 6. In both cases, the player’s momentum takes them into R’s end zone, where they take a knee.
In (a), the momentum rule is in effect. It shall be R’s ball, 1st and 16 at R’s 4. In (b), it is a safety: 2 points for K.
