Fouls Before and After Change of Possession

2nd and 10 on B's 10. A-1 snaps the ball to A-2 and proceeds to legally block B-4 who is rushing. B-4 performs a swat and swim move to get around A-1. A-2's pass is intercepted by B-6 in their own end zone. B-6 flag guards before exiting the end zone, and she makes it to B's 15 where she is deflagged. How do you enforce these penalties?

This is a double foul, because both teams committed fouls during the same down. Even though there is a change of possession, Team B fouled prior to the change of possession; therefore, Team A will naturally accept this illegal contact penalty. And, Team B will accept the flag guarding penalty, causing both penalties to offset. The down will be replayed, 2nd and 10 on B's 10.
