Fourth and 10 at K’s 30. During K-1’s punt, K-2 is flagged for Kick catching Interference against R-1 at R’s 25. R-1 returns the punt to R’s 30, where they are deflagged.
R has three options: decline the penalty, resulting in 1st and 10 at R’s 30; accept a 10 yard penalty from the spot of the foul, resulting in 1st and 5 at R’s 35; or accept a 10 yard penalty from the previous spot and a replay of the down, resulting in K’s ball 4th and 20 at K’s 20.
