B-2, moving toward A-1, who has the ball in their possession: (a) B-2 grabs/strips the ball from A-1; or (b) B-2 tries to knock the ball out of A-1’s hands.
In (a) and (b), this is a personal foul for stripping the ball. B-2 must go for the flag belt or the tag.
